Implementation Case

Client Onboarding Portal

Onboarding portal for registered industrial buyers in the M.U.S.I.C.A.L. system.

Project Context

A metalworking plant in the province of Buenos Aires needed to decommission 14 retired production equipment units. The manual buyer validation process caused delays of up to 10 business days and errors in the documentation of each batch.

The Retiredthemusical team proposed a specific onboarding portal for B2B buyers, integrated into the retired asset auction flow. The goal was to reduce registration time to 48 hours and centralize removal capacity verification.

Approach and Result

  • Registration form with specific fields for industry, removal capacity, and trade references.
  • Automatic CUIT validation and background check against the UIA database.
  • Reduction of onboarding time from 10 days to 36 hours on average during the first quarter.

The portal was implemented in three weeks and currently manages buyer registration for all retired machinery auctions in the region.

Supporting Documentation

A validation report was generated with the registration times of the first 30 buyers. 87% completed registration in less than 48 hours. The portal was audited by the plant's compliance area and approved as the official onboarding channel.
