By registering, the user declares under their responsibility that the information provided (Tax ID, company name, fiscal address) is truthful and current. It is mandatory to keep contact details and enabling documentation up to date. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Each lot is published with a defined auction period, withdrawal conditions, and technical requirements. The binding offer is made through the portal.
